Frequently Asked Questions

How early should we book you?

I usually take bookings anywhere up to 2 years ahead, with Spring through Summer being my peak seasons. I sometimes have availability sooner or even last minute, so please don’t hesitate to enquire with me. Booking as soon as you can is always advisable.

What days are you available?

I am available for Weddings taking place on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

How do we obtain a quote from you?

My price guide is on this website and should your date be available, we can have a no obligation telephone consultation to discuss your requirements. A full detailed proposal & mood board is only worked on with you once you have booked with me and paid your deposit.

How much is the deposit?

I ask for a £100 deposit to book your date with me, which is sent via invoice to you along with a £3.50 transaction processing fee.

Is the quote final?

No, it is a very fluid document as I am very aware that ideas and plans can change, especially if you have booked with me far in advance! We will touch base a couple of months ahead of your event to complete all the details and then your final invoice will be emailed to you.

When is the balance due?

I ask for the balance of your order to be paid no later than 6 weeks ahead of your event and to be paid by BACS into my business account.

How many Weddings do you take on each weekend?

I only take on your Wedding for that specific day. However, if you are ordering a more intimate set of florals with me, I may work on two weddings the same day if timing allows.

What areas do you cover?

Cheshire, Staffordshire, Manchester, Derbyshire & Liverpool.

Do you have a minimum spend?

No, I don’t operate a minimum spend policy.

Can I hire glassware from you?

Yes! We have lots of items for hire from glassware, milk churns, stands and more. We simply ask for a deposit which is fully refundable when the hired items are returned to us (or collected by us by pre agreement).

When do you set up & deliver everything?

We set up on the day, usually at least 2 hours ahead of your event, preferably earlier where venues will allow it. Delivery is charged at £1 per mile plus staff wages are set at £20 per hour.

Do you have a shop?

I no longer have a retail outlet as it became an un-necessary expense. I operate from my home floral studio in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

Do you have any professional affiliates?

Yes! I am a proud member of ‘The British Florist Association’
